I see myself as a ‘hippie princess’ (more of a feeling than a look) -- who struggled to let the world see the true me.

I am a total introvert who loves to people watch. While doing this I have learned that I can fit in anywhere, but most of the time I felt like I didn’t belong – almost feeling invisible.

I have spent a lot of time over the years finding me. What I learned was that I had almost lost me by not paying attention to my needs, but instead focusing all my energy on others. It was a part of being manipulated by someone who felt I owed them everything

After 20 years in this very complex relationship, I left & had to rebuild me. I had to discover what I liked to do, rebuild my finances, and I had to learn to like myself. I spent a lot of time in this space.

One afternoon, I was having a chat with God about a meeting I was not sure I wanted to attend. That still small voice told me I needed to “Show up. Someone needs you just as you are.” I knew in that moment that those words were not just about that meeting but about the rest of my life. My Perfect Imperfection is just what someone needs.

I learned techniques to help me love myself & I learned that I shine just as I am & I can teach you too.

My mission is to help women love their perfect imperfections and regain their confidence, strength & happiness rather than losing themselves in someone else’s shadow.
